Makinde Pledges Better Security System
Today at the state Secretariat, Ibarapa Youths organised a peaceful protest to demand the attention of the state governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, over the spate of gruesome killings of Ibarapa people by the Fulani herdsmen.
The governor, who was represented by his Deputy, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan, appreciated the peaceful protesters, condoled with the family of Dr. Aborode who was recently murdered, and pledged full support for a better security architecture in Ibarapa land.
