Three days after the shootings that reportedly killed many protesters and left several wounded at the Lekki toll in Lagos, Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo has suggested that the toll be renamed and made free for commuters in order to honour victims of the shooting.
Ekubo in a recent Tweet suggested that the toll be renamed ‘Lekki Memorial Way’ and should be made toll free.
“Lekki Toll Plaza, should be renamed Lekki Memorial Way… & be made Toll Free… in Honor of our fallen comrades… Rt if you agree.”
